JavaMaster Pro Desktop Privacy Notice Version: 1.1 Revision: 1.1-r1 Effective date: 2026-08-17 Contents 1. Scope 2. Required telemetry 3. Information processed 4. Purposes and use 5. Recipients and external services 6. Information kept on your device 7. Retention and international processing 8. Rights and requests 9. Changes 1. Scope This notice applies to the JavaMaster Pro desktop application (the "Application"). It supplements the current JavaMaster Pro Privacy Notice at https://javamasterpro.com/privacy/, which contains additional information about the controller, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention criteria, rights, and complaint routes. This bundled revision is the product-specific notice presented by the Application. 2. Required telemetry After the License Agreement is accepted and this notice is acknowledged, this release sends product analytics and error and performance diagnostics as a condition of use. If you do not accept or acknowledge the required documents, the Application exits. Production builds do not provide an analytics opt-out. The acknowledgement records that the notice was presented; it is not a waiver of rights and is not, by itself, a representation that all processing is based on consent. 3. Information processed The Application and its telemetry service providers may process: - pseudonymous identifiers associated with an installation, session, profile, or device; - application, release, operating system, runtime, architecture, locale, theme, and update information; - screens, features, controlled actions, operation and provider categories, outcomes, status values, and durations; and - errors, exception details, stack traces, diagnostic breadcrumbs, and sampled performance data. Telemetry providers may also receive ordinary connection and delivery metadata needed to transmit and protect their services. Pseudonymous identifiers are not anonymous and may allow activity from the same installation or related application environment to be grouped. JavaMaster Pro does not intentionally use desktop telemetry to identify you by name or contact details. The Application is designed to use controlled telemetry fields. It is not intended to transmit local log files, arbitrary file contents, credentials, or access tokens as telemetry. Diagnostic information can include technical values produced by a failed operation, including file paths or other context. Do not include secrets in information that you send to JavaMaster Pro or an external service. 4. Purposes and use We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application; understand reliability and feature use; plan and evaluate changes; support updates; investigate abuse or misuse; respond to support needs; and maintain records about required legal acknowledgements. We do not sell desktop telemetry or use it for targeted advertising. 5. Recipients and external services Telemetry is sent to third-party analytics and diagnostic service providers selected for this release. Those providers may use infrastructure and subprocessors in accordance with their own terms and applicable law. The Application also makes direct connections to external update, hosting, software distribution, and source-control services when you request or enable those features. Those services may receive network information and the request details needed to perform the requested operation. A configured third-party credential is sent to the provider for which it is configured, not to JavaMaster Pro servers. 6. Information kept on your device Application settings, installation information, local configuration, credentials stored for third-party services, telemetry identity records, and structured local logs are stored on your device. The telemetry identifiers described above are also transmitted to the applicable telemetry providers. Local logs can contain exception details and paths needed for diagnosis. JavaMaster Pro does not automatically upload local log files. If you export diagnostics or otherwise share local information, the recipient may process that information under its own terms. 7. Retention and international processing We and our service providers retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including for reliability analysis, security, support, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Provider retention periods and deletion capabilities depend on the applicable service configuration and may change. Local records remain until they are deleted, reset, uninstalled, or otherwise overwritten. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer where permitted by law. Service providers may process information outside your country or region; the safeguards and current details are described in the online Privacy Notice and the providers' applicable terms. 8. Rights and requests Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or destruction, restriction, objection, portability, or information about transfers, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to [email protected]. We may request information needed to verify your identity and locate relevant records, and may limit or refuse a request where permitted by law. Some telemetry cannot be linked back to a particular person or installation after collection. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. 9. Changes We may update this notice when the Application, its services, or legal requirements change. A new document revision will identify the applicable bundled text. Where a change requires renewed acknowledgement, the Application will request it before activating the affected telemetry.
