JavaMaster Pro Privacy Notice
This notice explains how JavaMaster Pro processes information when you use the website, download or update the application, contact the project, or use the desktop application. Permanent copies of desktop notices are kept in the legal archive.
1. Operator and contact
JavaMaster Pro is operated by Evander Sterling in Türkiye. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Website delivery and security
The website and download infrastructure use service providers including Cloudflare. To deliver, secure, and maintain these services, providers may process ordinary request and network information such as IP address, date and time, requested host and path, browser or user-agent information, response status, and security or abuse signals. These essential records may be created even when optional analytics is declined.
3. Optional website analytics
When you enable optional analytics, PostHog may process pseudonymous identifiers, device and browser categories, language, page and navigation information, downloads, campaign information, engagement, and controlled interaction data. Analytics may use cookies or local browser storage to remember a choice and group related activity. Where applicable law requires consent, analytics begins only after consent. You can withdraw the choice through Manage Analytics or your browser controls. Withdrawal stops future optional capture, but does not automatically erase information already received by a provider or essential server logs.
JavaMaster Pro does not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. Optional analytics is not required to browse the website or download the Application.
4. Website diagnostics
Sentry may receive technical error and performance information so we can diagnose broken pages and failed website operations. This may include error messages and stack traces, normalized route and release information, browser or device categories, and technical request context. Depending on the failure, values supplied to a request may appear in its diagnostic context. Do not place passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information in website URLs or requests.
5. Desktop application
After you accept the License Agreement and acknowledge the bundled Desktop Privacy Notice, the desktop release uses third-party analytics and diagnostic services for mandatory product analytics and error and performance monitoring. Declining or dismissing the acknowledgement exits the Application. Production desktop releases do not offer an analytics opt-out.
Desktop processing can include pseudonymous installation, session, profile, or device identifiers; application, operating-system, runtime, architecture, locale, theme, release, and update information; screens, features, controlled actions, operation and provider categories, outcomes, status values, and durations; and errors, exception details, stack traces, diagnostic breadcrumbs, and sampled performance data. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The Application is not intended to transmit local log files, arbitrary file contents, credentials, or access tokens as telemetry, although diagnostic context can contain technical values produced by a failed operation.
6. Direct connections and information kept locally
The Application can contact external update, hosting, software distribution, and source-control services when you request or enable those features. Those services may receive ordinary network information and the details needed to perform the requested operation. A configured third-party credential is sent to the provider for which it is configured, not to JavaMaster Pro servers.
Application settings, installation information, local configuration, third-party credentials, telemetry identity records, and structured local logs are stored on your device. The telemetry identifiers described above are also transmitted to the applicable telemetry providers. Local logs can contain exception details and paths needed for diagnosis. JavaMaster Pro does not automatically upload local log files.
7. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to deliver and secure the website, downloads, updates, and requested features; diagnose failures; operate and improve the Application; understand reliability and feature use; investigate abuse; provide support; maintain legal records; and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, the legal basis may be performance of a requested service or contract, a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the project, consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. We use consent for optional website analytics where consent is required. The desktop acknowledgement records that the bundled notice was presented; it does not replace consent where consent is legally required or limit rights available under applicable law.
We do not use this information for targeted advertising or sell personal data.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Depending on the feature, information may be disclosed to Cloudflare, PostHog, Sentry, email and support providers, external update and software distribution providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where required, and a successor in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the project. Providers may use subprocessors and may process information outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area, or your place of residence. Transfers are handled with safeguards required by applicable law; provider-specific details and terms may change over time.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including reliability, security, support, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Provider retention periods and deletion capabilities depend on the applicable service and account configuration and may change. Local records remain until deleted, reset, uninstalled, or overwritten. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer where permitted by law. External providers keep their own operational records under their terms.
10. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to information about you, correction, deletion or destruction, restriction, objection, portability, and information about transfers. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Send a request to [email protected] and include only enough information to locate the relevant record. We may verify your identity, request more information, or limit a response where permitted by law. Some technical records cannot be linked to a particular person after collection.
If the General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may complain to a competent European data-protection authority. If Turkish Law No. 6698 applies, you may have the rights provided by that law and may apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority after contacting the data controller where the law requires that step.
JavaMaster Pro does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through this processing.
11. Changes
We may update this notice when the website, Application, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes to optional website analytics will not be activated without a renewed choice where applicable. Bundled desktop changes are published as a new permanent revision when the document bytes change.
