JavaMaster Pro Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to the JavaMaster Pro website, download service, release information, and related online pages. The desktop software is governed by the separate JavaMaster Pro License Agreement.
1. Website purpose
The website provides information, documentation, support links, release information, and official downloads for JavaMaster Pro, a freeware Windows utility. It does not provide user accounts, paid services, subscriptions, file uploads, or a marketplace.
2. Availability and changes
The website, downloads, release feeds, and documentation may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. There is no guarantee that every page, release, external service, or download will remain available, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every browser, Windows version, Java distribution, or future system configuration.
3. Official downloads
Official downloads are those made available through javamasterpro.com,
dl.javamasterpro.com, or another source expressly identified by Evander Sterling.
Where checksums, signatures, versions, or release metadata are published, use them to verify a
download. A copy hosted elsewhere is not represented as official merely because it uses the
JavaMaster Pro name or artwork.
4. External websites and services
The website may link to GitHub, Java vendors, documentation, email providers, and other external services. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. JavaMaster Pro does not control their availability, content, security, or data handling.
5. Feedback, support, and issue reports
You may voluntarily send support requests, issue reports, security reports, or suggestions. Do not send secrets or information you do not have permission to share. You keep ownership of your original material, but you permit Evander Sterling to use non-confidential suggestions and technical reports to maintain, secure, document, and improve JavaMaster Pro. Support, a response, a fix, or continued compatibility is not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website or online services to:
- interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or disrupt the website, download service, or security controls;
- introduce malware, harmful content, deceptive packages, or false update mechanisms;
- impersonate Evander Sterling or falsely claim to operate an official JavaMaster Pro website, download, mirror, support channel, or release;
- misrepresent modified, repackaged, or unofficial software as an official copy;
- remove or falsify published checksums, notices, attribution, release metadata, or source information; or
- use the website or branding for fraud, unlawful activity, or a false claim of sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Website content and branding
Unless stated otherwise, the website text, original graphics, JavaMaster Pro name, logo, and other first-party material belong to Evander Sterling. No ownership is transferred by visiting or linking to the website. Legitimate commentary, reviews, tutorials, reporting, and other uses allowed by the License Agreement or applicable law remain permitted.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Published information may contain mistakes or become outdated.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evander Sterling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the website, unavailable downloads, external links, or reliance on website information. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. They do not override consumer protections, statutory remedies, or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated prospectively as the website changes. The current version and effective date appear above. Ordinary visitors are not required to click an acceptance button.
